At BDIORA, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your product never arrived even after the maximum delivery window

To request a refund, please email us at support@bdiora.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product images/video

  • Issue details

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Late delivery due to courier delays

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Method:
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
